Upon arrival, Chris and Jeff greeted me and shook my hand. After inspecting the back of my dryer, Chris explained everything that they would do to clean the dryer. Chris and Jeff were extremely friendly. I have used Safety King several times before and their personnel and service just seems getting better and better. I will use them again.

The Safety King crew was prompt and on time to my house. The service was done as described and performed as cleanly and safe as possible. Pictures were taken of the duct work before and after to show the quality of the cleaning. The crew also cleaned the dust inside of the furnace unit, explained some tips about picking out the correct air filters for my application and also informing me of a falling inducer motor on my furnace. There was a lot of dirt and debris and dust inside my system, because it had never been done before. 50+ years is a long time for dust to collect. After you see whats inside your system, you will wish you had done it sooner. Safety King did an excellent job and went over and above to satisfy the customer. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for the same services.

Amazing! I wish Rocco and Roy did more than just clean our air vents, I would hire them both for all the work I need done around the house. These guys are really wonderful, nice, hardworking, knowledgeable, and are true definition of a job well done.I really appreciate how fast they worked and the air in the entire house is cleaner now that everything has been cleaned! Most people don't get the air vents clean, but it will save me a lot of money in the long run due to the air flow being more efficient. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Safety King came recommended by Family Heating for air duct cleaning and they did not steer me wrong. Although located on the east side (Warren) and we live on the west side (Pinckney) it was very easy to get them scheduled out in our area. We were looking to get this done as soon as possible after our new furnace and a/c was installed and again, they were very accommodating. They were very prompt (actually 15 minutes ahead of schedule) and were great about protecting the carpet and the wall corners. They went over everything with me ahead of time and off they went. They shared the before and after shots (which were amazing for us) and then proceeded to disinfect and deodorize the entire system. What a difference. My husband and daughter have horrible allergies and this has helped tremendously. If you are thinking of getting your air ducts clean I would highly recommend Safety King!

In late November I called your company and scheduled a duct cleaning. I spoke with Verna who was very professional and helpful. Ttwo young men, Chris and Adam, arrived promptly at 8:05 AM. Both represented themselves very professionally and were very polite. Both Chris and Adam made sure that drop cloths were put down and items were covered where they were working. They showed me and explained to me what they were doing as the process continued as well as taking before and after pictures. I have always been somewhat skeptical about this duct cleaning process but after all was said and done I would like to advise you and your staff how pleased both my wife and I are with your service. My name is Denise Zarra, and I want to thank Safety King. For the past two years my son, who is now 7, would cough non-stop from Oct through April (during the time of year we use our furnace). His pediatrician said he had seasonal asthma. He used an inhaler 4 times a day. Thank you for a job well done. I am pleased with your duct cleaning system which did a thorough job of ridding the system of plaster and ordinary dust. Upon moving into this new structure, I had a duct cleaning service done but apparently it was inadequate for removing all the plaster dust. Your men, Adam and Brian, are excellent workers and knowledgeable about the process. They worked efficiently and neatly. I appreciated how they buffered the walls where the hose would butt up against them and of course the carpet protection. They were friendly and polite and followed the procedure as stated. David and Chuck were prompt, laid out their plan of procedures for me and even moved some furniture that I couldn’t move as I’ve recently had shoulder surgery. They even protected the corners of the drywall from the suction line by using tarps. While watching David work I could tell he was really into his job and wanted to leave my HVAC's ductwork in the best shape possible. I'm usually quite skeptical about such home-type services but observing their procedures and seeing the right equipment available for them to use in addition to actually hearing what was going up and out the suction hose confirmed my belief that it was time (past time according to my wife) to have you guys come out and work in our home. On Monday after the cleaning I installed my new 95% furnace and A/C coil and could practically eat off the ducts.
