When my husband turned 60 (ten years ago), he was diagnosed with chronic bronchitis. Then we decided to have our air ducts cleaned after living in this house for 25 years. His coughing and sneezing amazingly cleared up. We feel he was misdiagnosed.

Now, whenever he starts coughing, we realize its time to have the air ducts cleaned again!

Good Morning,

I had my air ducts cleaned on September 16, 2008. I just wanted to send a message and let you know how pleased I was with your service. Mike and Cory were our technicians, and they were so courteous and helpful. They let me know exactly what they were going to do and gave me updates on how the job was progressing. They were even patent with my curious four-year-old son and let him "help" tape one of the vents, which he was thrilled to do! They instructed me on the size and installation of my furnace filters, and even let me know of a potential issue with one of my furnace fans.

I have referred and will contue to refer Safety King to my friends. Thanks again for the great customer service, and a special thank-you to Cory and Mike.

Dear Sir,

On June 20, 2008, we had the ductwork in our home cleaned by Safety King. The following week a message was left on our answering machine by your office, inquiring if the job was done to our satisfaction and asking if we had any questions. I am sorry we were out of town at that time and unable to respond.

We requested a time after 12 noon and Jason came about 12:30 PM, which was very good for us. He started to work immediately and did not "diddle daddle." He was very courteous, very efficient and a hard worker. We were very pleased with Jason and the work he did.

If any of our friends inquire, we will recommend Safety King.

On November 2nd, your office scheduled our home for duct cleaning. Having never had the experience previously we had only the slightest notion of what to expect. Not unlike most homeowners, we have been solicited by firms purporting to provide complete duct cleaning service at price points substantially below the price quoted by your office. However, coming from a long-held conviction of caveat emptor, the issues raised by our call to your office convinced us that we should move forward with Safety King.

The purpose of this letter is to let you know how very satisfied we are with the job done by your technician David Marra. What an ambassador he is for your firm! From the moment your truck arrived in our driveway it was obvious what separates Safety King from the competition. David explained the duct cleaning process and how he would proceed after he made the connections necessary to do the job. And what a job he did! We have never had a service technician in our home whose every move affirmed his commitment to a job done right. How refreshing it is to hear someone say, "It's what my employer expects of me and what the customer deserves."

Suffice to say we are very satisfied with our duct cleaning and opted for furnace cleaning after David showed us it was clearly warranted.
